Big pleasant house in a typical village close to Montpellier, ideally situated (mediterranean sea, mountains, vineyards, Camargue, Provence)w/ pool & all amenities (including ping pong, trampoline, piano, drums and guitars). We want to go to New York (Chatham) the 3rd and 4th weeks of august.

Our neighborhood is very quiet. It's a residential area, 10 mins far from Montpellier, 20 from the beach, 20 mins from the mountain (Pic Saint-Loup). There's a cycle lane in front of the house leading to the centre of a typical Southern village or a kayak spot.

From our house there's a cycle lane that takes you to the centre of our nice typical village in 10 mins. You have also 3 different nice walks along the river. By car you reach nice restaurants in 5 mins in Montpellier or in Montferrier, with music, wind tasting, terrace...
Our favourite restaurants
- the Cygory has a very tasty French cuisine at affordable prices. There's a nice terrace outside.
- Trinque Fougasse is both a wine bar, a restaurant and a jazz scene. we love the place !
