Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Cozy cottage across the road from Davis Bay beach in Sechelt. One larger bedroom with queen size bed, office and TV , single bed in small bedroom. The couch in the living room makes up into a double bed..
Tourist information about this area is at www.sunshinecoastcanada.com/Sechelt/BC This is a super location for any outdoors enthusiast. Bald eagles fly overhead and oyster catchers and great blue herons fish from the beaches. . The Sunshine Coast has many back roads to explore. The villages of Sechelt and Gibsons have local charm which include little art galleries, restaurants and harbours. Water taxis connect you to nearby islands and there is bus and sea-plane service to Vancouver and Vancouver Island. You can have the advantage of staying in a modest ocean view home in a friendly rural area with access via car or bus and ferry to Vancouver.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
My home is next door to a quiet B&B. There are friendly neighbours. We are on the main 2 lane road that serves this general area. There are no homes between my house and the seawall and beach. Although traffic can be busy in our summer months it is quiet in the house. Two parks are within two minutes walk of my home. A coffee shop is a ten minute walk along the seawall.
