Our home is a three-story townhouse in a small waterfront development overlooking the Trail Islands near Sechelt, BC, Canada. The master bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet are on the third floor overlooking the green roof and ocean. The second (main) floor has two bedrooms, a second bathroom, and open plan kitchen/dining room/living room leading onto the deck. One of the main floor bedrooms has a queen size bed and the second a single bed. The family room on the ground floor has a double sofa bed.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
A 40 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver and 30 minute drive from the Langdale terminal brings you to Wakefield Beach. Our townhouse is the end unit in a triplex, part of a small development on the waterfront. Kayaking, swimming and beach walks are just steps away. There is a beautiful pebble beach across the creek to the west. The pebbles are small and smooth - a perfect hot stone massage after a kayak or swim. Protected by the Trail Islands and Vancouver Island the ocean is usually fairly calm in the summer but the windsurfing is excellent when the wind gets up. Restaurants, shopping, public swimming pool, library and gym are within 5 km. Our home can be reached by public transit but a car is necessary to explore the surrounding area.

The ocean and pebble beach are steps away. Kayak out to the islands to see seals and bird life, even the occasional humpback or killer whale. The amazing Skookumchuk rapids with standing waves are a short drive away and the Suncoaster mountain bike trail nearby.
