Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Beautifully updated family home 2200 sq feet in a spectacular private setting with the Seymour River at your doorstep. Enjoy dinner on the large front deck with a built in gas BBQ while listening to the water. Or hanging out in the private, sunny, child-safe backyard. We are 5 minutes from Superstore, major trans Canada highway and 15 minutes from Downtown Vancouver. Fabulous local hiking/biking trails, skiing, golf, and shopping minutes away. Short 2 hour cheap flights are available from Vancouver to San Francisco, Vegas or Palm Springs for a weekend trip. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs including a large master with 4pc ensuite. Downstairs has one bedroom, bath, and a large rec. room (set up as an extra bedroom). Features elegant front entry with radiant heat tile flooring, oak hardwood, skylights, built-ins, river rock gas fireplaces and central air conditioning. This open concept home has a spacious maple kitchen with karadon counters, terracotta tiles, island, and eating area opening to family room. Bonus high-speed internet, 3 wall mounted flat screen TV's with PVR, indoor underground play center, outdoor tree fort and trampoline. Includes Gardners and housekeeper biweekly. We are open to a car swap our 2008 Honda Pilot. We recently just had a deck build with a new large hot tub installed off the french doors in the master bedroom.
** NOTICE ** As teachers our holidays are the same every year (2 weeks in December and March, 2 months all of July and August) we like to plan ahead for future swaps. Also between June 2015 - August 2016 we are looking to do a 6 month swap in various parts of Europe.
