We are a retired senior couple and have rented the house for the last 5 winters, so are used to others staying in the home. This will be the first home exchange. We both love to golf hike and travel. Judy retired from a dental practice and Ed worked as senior Vice President of Lafarge sand and gravel and has a love of race horses
Our preferred destinations are UK, Europe , Portugal, Spain, Italy, France , New Zealand, Australia Hawaiian islands, Maritime provinces in Canada, open to all offers . Prefered dates Sept 2017 for 1 month, date flexible

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Lovely home in adult community with 2 bedrooms, king bed with large ensuite, Queen wall bed with sauna, den/office two patios, BBQ, fireplace all modern appliances, attached 2 car garage,HD TV with recorder wifi . Home is on a golf resort 5 minute drive to city center and all amenities. 20 min to airport. We have two railway. stations for easy access to Jasper and Banff National Parks home of the Canadian Rockies. We have a small herd of Big Horn sheep living in the area, 200 fishing lakes close by, Sun Peaks ski resort and golf 45min drive , Vancouver 3 hrs by car on the scenic Coquihalla Hwy Kamloops is a friendly city in the southern interior of BC, close to the Okanagan fruit growing area. We have 4 wineries with tasting rooms,, 2 Casinos, many walking trails along the Thompson River
