Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is incredible! Residents have private lake access with swimming, boating, stand up paddleboarding, fishing, scuba diving, tennis, basketball, volleyball... all at no extra cost. This makes for a tight knit community. You'll never be bored in the evenings, as you can head down to the beach and meet new and old friends. Fireworks on Canada Day (July 4), outdoor movies, and loads of other community events all summer long.

Walking distance to cafes, trendy restaurants and bars, groceries, pharmacy, gymnastics clubs, the largest indoor playground in western Canada, 3 outdoor playgrounds and bike paths. 5 minute drive from large shopping center with cinema, ikea, costco, and stores such as the Gap, J Crew and H&M. 5 hour drive from Jasper and Banff. (This is very close by Canadian standards!)
