Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Spacious single story home with a walk-out basement and an attached double garage in a quiet adult community cul-de-sac. Our home is a couple of blocks from a large park with walking trails linked to the city's extensive walking/cycling network. This neighbourhood is situated about 15km from the city center. The nearest bus stop is less than a block away. There are numerous summer events and festivals in the city. Within the city are numerous modern and historical attractions. We are also close to Banff National Park, Lake Louise, Kananaskis Mountain Park, the Royal Tyrell Museum of Paleontology and the Historic Bar U Ranch.
We would be happy to accommodate a non-simultaneous exchange during the summer months while we are away, or to arrange for a simultaneous exchange in the spring or fall.

Our neighbourhood is a quiet established community bordering a provincial park within the city of Calgary. The area is exclusively single family homes. City transit is near to our home and there is easy access to the city freeway system.
