Summer activities include hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, mountain biking, glacier exploration or just enjoy the stunning scenery as you wander the Bow Valley. In the winter the snow is king. Our home is located less than 5 minutes from the Canmore Nordic Centre where you can cross country ski and watch our Olympic hopefuls train. Downhill skiing or boarding more your style, there are 4 major ski areas within one hours drive. These include Sunshine Village and Lake Louise. Oh and don't forget the snow shoes and back country skis, a short drive into Peter Lougheed Provincial Park in the Kananaskis area offers some of the best conditions and spectacular scenery both winter and summer.
