Set on a hillside the nearby attractions are the trails and views. You can walk to shopping but given the slopes you will likely drive. Within minutes there is access to Thai Food, sushi, pizza, fresh fruits and vegetables. Less than 5 minutes away there is a fabulous Italian grocery, deli and meat shop. There is easy access to downtown Vancouver and you have easy access to the major transportation routes going to Grouse Mountain, Whistler and for the adventurous trips to BC's Interior.
