Our spacious, luminous home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lagoa da Conceicao, a walking distance from the lake, restaurants, cafes, bars and places with music. Our street is very calm and green as is the whole closest surrounding.
The kitchen is large enough for a dance or for cooking...It has all the necessary appliances.
The walls of the living room have been painted in colors inspired by Frida Kahlo's house. There are two couches, a fireplace and a dining corner with a dinner table for eight.
The TV room is nice and comfortable with a 52 inch flat TV, an air conditioner, a pull out couch to sit four or five and an easy chair with a relax position.
Upstairs there are two ensuite bedrooms with ceiling ventilators. In one of them there's a queen box bed and in the other a single bed with an extra pull out bed underneath.
Downstairs, beside the living room, there's a room with a convertible sofa that unfolds into a double bed.
We like relaxing on the front veranda with coffee or wine and looking at the garden and the far hills. If you wish to relax further, there's a hummock and a BBQ.
