Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Just step outside the house and go walking. Enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape and stop in the village center to take a beer in the local pub. That's basically all it takes to enjoy.
Done enough walking? Go to the old university city of Leuven (University founded in 1425) 15 km (old buildings, lots of bars & restaurants, Friday & Saturday market, history, museum...)
Brussels (+/- 45 minutes by car): the heart of Europe with many museums, parks, buildings...
Heverlee & Meerdael forest for walking & mountain bike tours
Namur (+/- 1 hour by car): lovely medieval town with many shops & restaurants – Citadel (military building) - capitol of the Walloon Region

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Our house is a wonderful place in the Walloon country side. We have furnished it with designer furniture and work of Bram Kerkhofs (a Leuven based talented designer). We really love this place and hope that others will fall in love too. The house rules are simple: treat the house with respect and leave it clean just as you got it from us.
