Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Set in tropical gardens with amazing views over canefields to the Coral Sea with the Daintree World Heritage Rainforest in the distance, our home has two sided balcony to maximise the view. Aircon master bedroom only but ceiling fans and louvre windows suffice. Bedrooms and balcony/dining all insect screened. Fabulous wetedge pool 10mx5m. Amazing restaurants and all tourist facilities in nearby Port Douglas. A wonderful place to relax or join in the tourist destinations.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is a private road of larger properties set on a hillside between the rainforest and the canefields. Ideally situated for facilities at Port Douglas (10km) and Mossman (13km) for shopping, restaurants, massage etc etc. Easy to connect to many tours to the Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, golfing, horse riding etc etc etc. Friendly neighbours who keep an eye on each other and might pop in to say Hello. Happy to help with any problems. The views from the Ridge (the name of our subdivision) are stunning so a great place to sit on the balcony and watch the boats leaving for the Great Barrier Reef, enjoy a cocktail, watch the sunset reflecting on the mountains.
