Everything in their home is so well organised and easy to manage, which made for a relaxing and comfortable stay in attractive surroundings. Their home is close to public transport and we did not need a car to explore Perth and Fremantle. A great experience!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a very safe, leafy and desirable suburb of Nedlands, located 5 KM west of Perth. Our home is ideally located within walking distance to King’s park, the University of WA and the Swan River. Numerous cafes, restaurants, bakeries/patisseries, supermarkets and a cinema are nearby. We have excellent public transport: buses to the city centre run every 8 minutes, with a travel time of 10 minutes. Beautiful Cottesloe beach is a 10 minute drive away. There are many cycle & walk paths in the area.
King's park is a large inner city natural parkland 400+ hectares with many local trees, plants and native orchids and attracts many birds. During spring wildflowers are abundant. It is a wonderful place for walks, cycles, picnics and concerts.
Watersports abound on the Swan river with boating, sailing and kayaking. It has many cycle/walking paths and is a beautiful spot for family picnics.
