Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are looking for INTERNATIONAL exchanges anywhere and domestic exchanges in AUSTRALIA at any time.
One bedroom + study (can be used as BR), kitchen, lounge/ dining, large balcony - ALL with extensive views over Sydney Harbour and North Sydney skyline.
20 or so restaurants within 20 minutes walk or order take-ins or cook your own. Bus stop and ferry 10 mins walk. Two large supermarkets and many other shops 10 minutes walk. Movie theatre 15 mins walk. Across Harbour Bridge to Sydney CBD 30-40 mins walk. Car not necessary. Public transport takes you everywhere. Superb location for 2-4 people.

About 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by ferry from Sydney CBD and The Rocks [Olde Sydney] tourist attractions - or 40 minutes on foot across Sydney Harbour bridge. Panoramic views.
Fully furnished. LCD TV. Leather recliner lounge. HD recorder. Gas heating for winter.
One bedroom + large study [can be used as BR2], kitchen, lounge, dining, large balcony - ALL with wide views over the city and Sydney Harbour. 50 or so great restaurants and coffee shops within 20 minutes walk. Superb 1930s art deco Orpheum Picture Palace and theatres nearby. Bus stop and ferry 10 mins stroll. Reserved parking space available but car not necessary.
Public transport takes you everywhere - buses to suburban shopping centres, northern beaches, city and railway stations [for regional trips] - ferry network to destinations throughout the harbour foreshores.
Superb location for 2-3 people for a relaxing break in Sydney.
