Sunshine Coast, 5 mins from the beach, and approx 20 mins to the hinterland, Montville and Malany. Quiet position overlooking a lake with private swimming pool.
Use of downstairs only, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + extra separate toilet. Family room with kitchen + separate lounge and dining room.
Plenty of local attractions; Australia zoo approx 20 mins away and underwater world in Mooloolaba 5 mins, Noosa 40 mins.

The house is in a quiet location on a lake, no jet skis or boats!! We are just two minutes away from an excellent golf club. There are a few bridge clubs nearby. As we are only a few minutes from the sea at Mooloolaba there are lots of cafes and restaurants.Further afield is the hinterland with Montville and Maleny.
Car exchange is possible.
