Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, separate kitchen and L shaped lounge dining area on the top floor of a 6 storey block. We have lovely gardens surrounding the complex and a small park adjoining the premises. We are very close to shops, eating places and public transport. We offer a car exchange and are experienced swappers. We are a retired couple.We ARE NOT INTERESTED IN EXCHANGES TO THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE IN WINTER, only between May and September.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We are very close to shops, restaurants and public transport. The city is 12 to 15 minutes away by bus or you can get a bus to the ferry, a lovely trip to Circular Quay. Balmoral Beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk but it is a steep walk back. Taronga Zoo is close by as is George's Heights. a headland park. A lovely Art Deco cinema complex is a flat walk of about 12 minutes. A good selection of movies is shown there.
