Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are situated in the Southern Highlands of NSW, a very picturesque and historical area, only an hour's drive on the M5 exp/way from Sydney. Less than an hour from Goulburn and less than 2 hours from Canberra. Wollongong on the coast is one hour by car. Mittagong railway station in 1 km away and provides a regular train service to Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne.
Our home is a modern solar passive open plan design, north facing and has extensive views.
