Our house is a lovely slice of the Gold Coast. Perfectly positioned in a highly regarded complex, conveniently located only minutes from shops, the M1, public transport, beaches, and only a short drive to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

Our 3 bedroom townhouse is extremely spacious with an open plan living area which extends out to the yard. The living area has timber floors, air conditioning and plenty of light. The kitchen is clean and contains the usual microwave, over, electric hot plates, dishwasher.

The generous master bedroom has an ensuite, mirrored robes, and a fan for your comfort. The two other bedrooms are spacious, have built in robes and fans
One has a cot as well as a single bed. The other has a queen bed. The house is very child friendly, with toys, booster seats for the kitchen table and children’s bikes. However, as the house is clean or organised, it is just as suitable for older kids or couples without children.

The location is ideal for exploring all of the Gold Coast. Close enough to the motorway to zip up for a day trip to Brisbane, the Hinterland or Byron Bay. Robina Town Centre, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach food prescient are all withint8km drive or a short bus ride. Or relax at the stunning pool, work out in in basic gym or just chill out in the backyard.
