Our home is a 2bedroom 2 bathroom,1st floor waterfront walk up apartment. Mermaid Waters is in the centre of the Gold Coast making it very central to beautiful beaches;largest shopping centre in Queensland, Star Casino, theme parks and public transport. Easy access to Brisbane, Northern New South Wales, and mountains. There are numerous coffee shops,restaurants and clubs nearby.
The Gold Coast enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year with June to August temperatures ranging from 12c to 22c (54F to 71F)
