Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Situated just two minutes from Launceston Country Club Casino and Prospect Vale golf Course and a ten minute drive from the Launceston CBD this is a very spacious apartment located upstairs with a well lit private front entrance and foyer. With security monitored off street parking for your car, the apartment was fully renovated to a high quality traditional style with all new beds, linens and allergy resistant pillows plus additional blankets.
There is an eight ball table for your enjoyment as well as free Wifi and Netflex. There is a well equipped kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster , toasted sandwich maker, jug and coffee machine. Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk are provided. There is a split system air conditioner as well as a portable heater or fan if required. Hair dryer , soap , shampoo and conditioner are provided. There is access to the laundry, clothes line and dryer if required. There is an iron and ironing board in the apartment.
There is a BBQ and garden setting for your use as well as a lock-up shed for bikes or sporting equipment during your stay.
If a non-reciprocal stay we may or may not be home downstairs , however your privacy is respected with private entry and secure access to all areas stated.

Situated 11kms from CBD this friendly neighbourhood is 2kms from the Country Club/Casino. The Country club boasts a beautiful 18 hole golf course , a variety of restaurants , horse riding and the usual casino activities.
There is a market place shopping centre 200 metres away and a 5 minute easy walk. 10 minutes drive to airport. Well located to visit any of the many attractions of Launceston and the North / North of Tasmania. There is a children's playground just three houses down on same side of street.

It is important to find our neat and tidy on your departure. It is important there is no smoking in any part of the building or pets on the property. You may require a car to enjoy this area of Tasmania and all it has to offer. It is important that we do not disturb our neighbours so therefore their are to be no gatherings of more then ten people and no more than four people overnight unless otherwise prior arranged.
