Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our large modern well maintained home is in a quiet location opposite a park and playing fields and a short walk to a natural beach and reserve. It is adjacent to a cycle track which links the beach, river, shops and town area, cafes and it is close to bushwalking tracks around the beach area. It has a heated spa and pool and a private garden and outdoor living area.It is spacious and comfortable. Ballina is only one hour drive to the Gold Coast International airport and is serviced also by Ballina Byron Gateway airport with direct flights to Sydney Melbourne and Newcastle.
