Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are open to a non-simultaneous exchange where you would stay in our home from 8 - 22 February, 2017. We are open to all destinations for this exchange.
Spacious sunny penthouse apartment.
Tastefully furnished and private setting.
Outdoor eating on balcony overlooking pool, park and inner harbour views.
Two bedrooms each with Queen size beds, two bathrooms (one ensuite). Large living areas, family room, formal dining and lounge room and study. Flat screen HD TVs. Computer access.
Walk to numerous good restaurants. Walk to tennis courts and public golf course, 5 minute drive to one of Sydney's most beautiful beaches.
Bus stop to city centre is one minute walk.
TomTom GPS included with car exchange.
Occasionally we would like to travel with friends, by negotiation of course.
