Large Townhouse/Apartment with uninterrupted north-facing ocean views. A peaceful haven surrounded by rainforest overlooking Coolum's Point Perry, Main Beach and along the coastline to Noosa Heads. A relaxing beach-side retreat which is close to dining, bars and cafes. The apartment is low maintenance with loads of room for family and friends.
The apartment's location offers a fantastic position from which you can explore all the Sunshine Coast and hinterland has to offer. Day-trip to Brisbane and explore all the city has to offer, or travel North to World Heritage Listed Fraser Island or Lady Elliot Island - the southernmost coral cay of the Great Barrier Reef.....

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Coolum Beach is a relaxed seaside town nestled between Maroochydore and Noosa on the Northern Sunshine Coast, a stones throw from all amenities and a short 15 minute drive to the local Sunshine Coast airport. It is only an hour and fifteen minute drive from Brisbane. Coolum has a wonderful community spirit with regular activities organised for both children and parents. Examples include movies in the park, Originals and Golden Days Music Festivals, markets, Thundercats King of Coolum Race, Ironman and Ironwoman Series, National and State MX Tournaments and National and State level surfing competitions, skateboarding competitions or Coolum Carnival. There is something for everybody.
The weather is always warm and sunny with average Summer temperatures between 21 to 29 degrees Celsius and Winter 10 to 21 degrees C. The climate allows you to enjoy the region all year round, find your own adventure or just relax and soak up the amazing views from your balcony - you may see whales!

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Coolum is a beautiful quiet beachside town which still has all the conveniences you could ever need close by. From our townhouse it is a short 1km stroll (or bus ride from the bus stop in front of the apartments) to local cafe's, restaurants, bars, parks, skate park, and markets. Shopping centres are 5 minutes drive. Noosa is approximately 30 minutes drive, Maroochydore approximately 15 minutes drive. Brisbane is 1.25hrs drive down the highway. There are an array of attractions nearby - waterski and aqua fun parks, golf clubs, attractions for children, National Parks, skate parks and playgrounds, and of course the most beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
