Sue and Colin have lived in Clifton Hill the past 30 years and love our house and village life. We work part time now and have more time for travel. We are interested in travel to wilderness and national parks around the world and visiting and travelling with friends to interesting places.
Our Victorian house is in a quiet street in the Clifton Hill ‘village’ and offers many ‘green’ sustainable and low energy features since a refit 10 years ago. The house has many traditional features such as lacework, polished floor boards and fire places and is within a 5 minute walk to the Clifton Hill Railway station and tramways: your easy and quick access to the magic city of Melbourne. It is also 5 minutes walk to the Clifton Hill village on Queens Parade and the cafes, local gym, trams and parklands including the fantastic Merri Creek and Yarra River parklands and bike trails. Perfect house for January visit to Melbourne for the Australian Tennis Open too!
