Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are interested in Australia or New Zealand for 2017. Our town house is in a gated complex/resort which has 2 tennis courts, a 25m lap pool (heated April - October), a large lagoon pool and spa, 2 undercover bbq areas, a gym and lovely gardens. There are tennis racquets, golf clubs and fishing rods for your use. We have a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse with a paved outdoor area/patio, outdoor setting, bbq and small tropical garden. The main and second bedrooms each have a double bed and the third bedroom is set up as a TV room but a single bed can be added if necessary. Our home is ideal for 2 adult couples as there is a double bed, a large flat screen TV and a bathroom/toilet both upstairs and downstairs. We are located 300 m from a surf / swimming/ fishing beach, 2 km from a golf course and beside a pub (no noise problems) and a small shopping centre. We have a Suzuki Vitara (not to be driven on beach) for exchange.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is really the people in the gated community who are very friendly. We have very good amenities but are also very close to the beach and great walking paths. We also have the pub next door (no noise issues) and a small neighbourhood shopping centre in front of the complex. There are great shopping centres close by and Noosa, Australia Zoo, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland are within an hour's drive.
