Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Newly renovated townhouse on ground floor of two storey home. The unit is completely separate to the upstairs living quarters where we live and is totally private.
50 metres to North Creek and an easy 2km bike ride or walk to pristine surf beaches, riverfront dining and shopping. Bikes are provided and this area has an extensive network of riding and walking paths.
Fishing, kayaking, surfboard riding, swimming and other water pursuits are within reach.
We are a 2 hour drive from the cultural centre of Brisbane, 1 hour south of the Gold Coast and only 25 mins drive from the iconic Byron Bay where there are many diverse and interesting activities.
This area is also famous for its old growth rainforests which provide interesting and stunning opportunities for camping and bushwalking.

Our neighbourhood is very friendly and quiet. We are located within walking distance of a major shopping centre, but it is only 50 metres to a sandy beach located on the river.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house it is a moderate walk to shops and cafes. There is a bike path nearby and fishing and boating are possible in the river located 50 metres from the apartment. The nearest boatramp is located just 200 metres away and there is ample parking for a boat either in the garage or on the street at the front of the building.
