  This home west of downtown Denver is very comfortable. There is a large garage under the newly added master suite. To access this, you go downstairs, through the basement, past the food supplies and into the garage. The Osbornes have a "Little Free Pantry" at the front walk that is restocked daily from supplies in the basement -- a nice gesture on their part. A large, chain grocery store (King Soopers/Kroger) is nearby. They have an outside deck with a large table and chairs overlooking the back yard. The House Instructions were well done and complete including nearby places to eat. We were greeted by neighbors when we went out for our first walk. The Osbornes are good communicators, answering our questions promptly.
