• Great hosts and home!

  We were very happy with our non simultaneous exchange arranged with Vanessa and Ian in Galway. Even though our exchange dates were a year apart, everything went smoothly. Venessa and Ian communicated well with us prior to the exchanges and everything was ready for us with some nice personal touches. When we had a little health problem during the visit they had some advice for us also that was invaluable. We really liked the position of their comfortable home to the interesting city of Galway. It was also a fabulous base from which to tour western Ireland. Thank you Vanessa and Ian.

  Galway was an amazing adventure and so glad we went to the other coast! The location is walkable to the downtown area and more importantly a perfect location to see all the Galway coast has to offer. Vanessa and her family were unbelievably friendly, welcoming and exactly what makes exchanging such wonderful experiences for us all!

  It was a delight to have Vanessa, Ian and 6 month old Fiadh in our home. This was a non-simultaneous exchange and we were home during their stay. They were the perfect guests - a delightful couple, very neat, polite and personable. Baby Fiadh was happy and not fussy at all. Our guests spent their days out and about exploring our area and in the evenings we enjoyed relaxed dinners together and pleasant conversation. We loved sharing stories, exchanging ideas and learning about each other. Vanessa even prepared a delicious meal to share with all of us. Their stay with us was far to short. We would have loved for them to stay longer and look forward to the time when we may complete our exchange and visit them in Galway City, Ireland.
