• A marvellous Home, a perfect Home Exchange !!

  It has been a wonderful and very successful Exchange ! We really felt welcome and really "at home" right from the start ! Their neighbour Claudia warmly welcomed us and explained us everything ! More than this, a very kind letter from Karl and Esther was on the table (together with lots of touristic information of all kinds about the area) ! Everything was ready for us and we also could taste a very typical and very good food (Maultaschen Swabian Ravioli) . The house is big, simply marvellous and very modern !! It is all built with natural wood and all details are very elegant and refined, it has got a huge and beautiful garden to relax !! Everything was spotless clean and tidy . The sorrounding area is quiet, silence , natural beauty and pure Nature ! The ideal place for pleasant excursions , walks, trips and visits of the beautiful Black Forest !! I want to particularly thank Esther and Karl for being so kind and available and for being so welcoming !! We spent a marvellous and relaxing holiday !! We felt as if we were old friends, even though we have not met them ! For us, this Home Exchange is the best example of Home Exchanging's philosophy , a real and true exchange of life style and way of living .. much more than a simple exchange of each other's house ! Heartfelt thanks for this expeience !! We will keep you and your warm, beautiful and welcoming house among our best memories !! We do hope to be able to meet you one day or come back one day , maybe for a longer stay ... Our house was left simply perfect !! you will always be more than welcome back in Torino at any time !!!   We enjoyed our time in Freudenstadt so much. The house of Karl and Esther was very welcoming and clean. It is a great place to stay - a wooden house with plenty of light and an easy access to beautiful hiking trails. Our own house was left very clean and tidy. We have made several swaps until now but the exchange with Karl and Esther was one of the best! - Karl and Esther, if you ever consider visiting Leuven again, our house is open for you and your family.
