• The view from the balcony is breathtaking!

  It was one of the best exchanges we've ever had - the Como lake is a must to see and Pianello is ideally located to visit the neighborhoods. The house has a direct access to the beach which is great! We enjoyed bathing, using the kayak and stand-up paddle on disposition. Thank you Marina and Enrico for everything, we found our house very well taken care of too!

• Super summer holliday home exchange

  We had a very nice stay by the Como Lake during 2 weeks in August 2022 The house is old, but beautifully renovated and contains everything you need. The location by the lake is ideal for beach life and water sport. The family had several equipment and toys for use in the water. In the garden there were a nice and shaded pergola for lunch or dinner. The family was very helpful. We were very well served at the arrival to Italy, their car was at our disposal already from the airport. And also at the departure, where we were invited to a lovely lunch at their home residence in Como city. We enjoyed our stay very much, in a lovely hose at a beautiful location. And with very friendly and helpful exchange partners.

  The house Pianello was fantastic. Close to the lake and close to nice restaurants. The enormous garden with pergola was a welcome in the warm summer. Our kids loved it and we enjoyed our espresso early in the morning with a stunning view from the balcony. We felt very welcome. It was an experience never to forget. Thank you!

  The Gervosa family is warm, generous, and gracious. They are the ideal hosts and guests. Their home in Pianello del Lario, Lake Como, is beautiful, spacious, and clean; we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to do a home swap with this family and in this beautiful part of Italy. The family were also available for, and were responsive to, our questions. They made every effort to ensure that our experience in their home was everything we hoped for. They also left our home tidy and spotless. We arrived home to a thriving garden (thank you very much, Daniela!) and with many wonderful experiences and memories. Grazie!

  We spent a wonderful week in Pianello del Lario on Lake Como. The house was just lovely and exceded our expectations. We met some of the family on arrival and they were so very nice. The house had everything you could want in an exchange and the view onto Lake Como was truly amazing. Waking up to that each day was wonderful. We were unfortunate because it rained a lot but we still had a great time and travelled all over the area. The family also left our house so clean and tidy on their departure. Thank you.
