Our home is located in Wasilla, Alaska, approximately 40 miles north of Anchorage. The Mat-Su Valley is a great home base from which to explore the great state of Alaska. Nearby is the historic town of Palmer and about an hour north is Talkeetna, gateway to Denali, the highest mountain in North America. Some of the best fishing, hiking, and camping in the world is easily accessible from our town. You will definitely want to visit Seward and Homer, where you can fish for halibut and salmon. Along the way you can visit one of the many glaciers in our state. The scenery is unmatched. We have traveled all over the world and seen many beautiful places, but Alaska is at the top of the list when it comes to untouched wilderness and majestic beauty.
