We have a large (200m/2300sf), modern, light 3-level condo with a sunroom and two large decks with panoramic views of the city and San Francisco Bay, in the popular Noe Valley district with its nearby shops, restaurants and public transport. Our living room, dining area and kitchen are on the first level, bedroom and office with deck on the second, and family room with fold-out sofabed, sunroom and deck on the third. The contemporary art on the walls fits well with the many architectural and design features of our home.

Our Noe Valley/Dolores Heights home enjoys some of the sunniest weather in San Francisco, in one of its most popular neighborhoods. We have direct Metro transit access to downtown and the waterfront, and are just 3 blocks from 24th Street shops and restaurants, and the trendy Valencia Corridor. Dolores Park, a magnet for many San Franciscans on sunny afternoons, is just 2 blocks away. The Castro is 5 blocks walk, as is the Mission District. We are in the heart of "The Quad", a favorite for the many workers in technology who prize San Francisco's activity and diversity.
