The property available in this exchange is our 1282 sq ft condo, ground level, and is a second home so any exchange can be non-simultaneous. It is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, and is well equipped with all the amenities. It's turn-key ready for you to sit back, relax and enjoy the area. A washer & dryer is available in the unit. There is a community swimming pool and hot tub on property, and gorgeous views right off the front patio. For your use, we have a BBQ for grilling, and patio furniture to sit out and enjoy some of the most amazing sunsets.

Mesquite, NV is a peaceful friendly community filled beautiful sunsets and unsurpassed vistas. We have an abundance of golf courses, hiking, ATVing/Jeeping, motorcycling, biking, tennis and pretty much anything outdoors as the sun shines over 330 days a year. Our tranquil town is very easy to bike around and safe for a jog or leisurely walk.

We are located just 35 miles west of St. George, Utah, near some of the most amazing National Parks (Zion Canyon National Park, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon to name a few), and 85 miles northeast of Las Vegas with its fabulous nightlife, entertainment and food. There are seven beautiful golf courses all within a 10-minute drive, some of which are nationally known. For those water enthusiasts, Lake Mead, GunLock and Sand Hollow Reservoirs are just a short drive away. And for those who like the snow, we have skiing during the winter months just 2 hours away at Mt. Charleston (Las Vegas area), and Brian Head (Utah).
