Our large, modern townhouse is the perfect base for visiting Brighton - one of the nicest towns for a holiday in South England. Our house is less than 2 miles from the sea, less than 2 miles from the countryside and within easy walking distance of the famous town centre with its historic piers, pavilion, restaurants, cafes, independent shops and museums. Brighton is also 1 hour from London by regular trains, so our house is also a great place to stay if you want to do some sightseeing in London.

While staying here, you can easily visit the beautiful South Downs countryside and the stunning cliffs at Seven Sisters. There is a huge amount of cycling, walking, hiking and sea swimming to do in the local area, as well as enjoying the buzz of Brighton town centre. Brighton is famous as an artistic, quirky town, known for its beach and iconic piers, vibrant cultural scene, street art on the buildings and independent shops and entertainment.

The best things about our house are...huge, open plan family kitchen, balcony with views across Brighton and the sea, West facing patio and garden, private parking and easy access 1.5 miles (35 minute walk) to city centre and 2 miles (40 minute walk) to the beach.
The house has 4 big bedrooms, and can sleep 6 very comfortably indeed.

The house is split over 3 floors with an enormous kitchen/ family living area taking up most of the ground floor. One end of the kitchen is made up of bifold doors, with panoramic views into the garden. There's a dining area and sofas, space for the kids to play and a top notch kitchen with induction hob, microwave and 2 fan ovens. We are into our food so you should be able to find whatever you need, including a decent coffee machine. There is also a twin bedroom/ gaming room on the ground floor.

The first floor has the master bedroom with bathroom, and a very large living room, with its own balcony. The balcony is amazing: it faces South west (sunny evenings), and the view stretches from the sea across the city, up to the South Downs, the beautiful Sussex hills behind Brighton. There are two single bedrooms plus a family bathroom on the second floor.

OUTSIDE:

The back garden has a large patio, garden table and chairs, plus a lawn and flower beds.

There is a designated parking space in front of the house, which is all yours.

KIDS:

We have a cat, Bruce. He is used to children, however he likes to keep to himself so you won't see much of him. If you are not cat people, we can book him into a cattery.
