"Very recommendable" It was a wonderful exchange for us. Claudia and Volker are friendly people. They have been very caring for us. We have always felt like home in their warm house. Moreover, the geographical location of their house is an ideal position for discovering South Bavaria, its rich architectural heritage (mainly Baroque and Rococo styles), its rich natural and cultural heritage (like the numerous lakes, the Alps, and local typical events). We have spent a very nice holidays in Bavaria. It is a region that has all to enjoy: green landscapes; forest and prairies to go to walk; lakes where swim and sunbathe in summer; little and big cities to visit and know; fantastic castles, little and marvellous churches... Its gastronomie is excellent and its beer...... The lot of turistic material about the area that you let in the house (road-maps, cities plans, train timetables and books about the cities and villages to visit) was very useful at the time to plan the visits. "During this summer, we spent three weeks at the Claudia and Volker house, which is located in Wolfratshausen. The town is quite close to Munich. Their house is very spacious and cozy. We felt as if it were our own. The information they provided us was very detailed, both in relation to the house, as well as sightseeing in the area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and his situation allowed us to visit near interesting places (southern Germany, Alpine border), but also others more distant (Salzburg, Augsburg, Regensburg ...). Even we went to Vienna and Prague! We were very pleased with them and we think it was a great exchange."
