Approximately 30 min from many interesting sites. Galicia have a usual fine wheather in summer (not too hot), good food, amazing beaches and some of the most beautiful and historic cities of Spain.

Catoira has a train station and a excellent connection with rest of Galicia by highway.

The first blue flag beach is 6 km / 7 min from Catoira (Campanario) and it is posible reaches a lot of beaches from 10 to 30 min by car.

From the apartment you can walk by a path along the river until the Viking Towers and several kilometers beyond. If you like to walk there are several routes. We recomend you a trail with water mills: Armenteira (camiño da pedra e agua)

In Catoira there are excellent restaurants (as the Viking Tavern). Throughout the summer there are gastronomic festivals in all the towns of the Ría de Arousa (important fishing villages). Clams in Carril, mussels in Rianxo and Riveira, octopus in Illa da Arousa, oysters in O Grove......

We have a kayak in the car parking. In Catoira there is one of the best kayak clubs in Galicia and there are courses for children in summer. http://astorres.com/
As it is our second residence we don't have WiFi. Inside the house we use the network from the mobile telephone for access to Internet on tablet and laptop. There is a WiFi acces in the public library.
