Hello, we are a young family with 2 children and live in an appartement at western part of Berlin - located near to "Brandenburger Tor" and the "Reichstag". 5 minutes footwalk to next tube; 12 minutes tube to city centre (Ku'damm); 25 minutes to Alexanderplatz. No car needet; it's better to go by public transport!
Theatre, Opera 15 minutes; some nice Restaurants near by. Small park with playground 2 minutes walk; also little playground in the courtyard. good for families!
Nice and quiet area; near forrest Grunewald and a lot of lakes. Good location to walk arround and recreate from troubled and exciting days in city centre.
Our appartement is about 120 m2 on one floors: 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with double-bed; 2 children-rooms with double-beds; full new equiped kitchen.
The house is an 1930's building; appartement is located at 4th floor.
