The Villa is a magnificent Provencal-style house on two floors in the traditional perched village of Levens, which is nestled in the hinterland of Nice but only a 25 minute drive from Nice, the airport or the sea. The Villa combines a rural setting with the conveniences of the village, which has all required shops and activities, a mere five minute stroll away. The Villa has panoramic views of the mountains from all aspects and catches the sun at all times of the day, with outdoor seating areas surrounding the house. It stands on mature landscaped gardens behind secure electric gates and is very private. It has a private swimming pool with an outdoor bathroom and shower facilities. It sleeps eight guests comfortably, ideal for adults or a family and boasts all mod cons. Poolside, there is also a separate Studio which is comprised of a bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. This sleeps up to 3 guests; ideal for a romantic couple or teenagers who like to be independent!
