You have no neighbors to the northside of the house. We are located by a public beach but not a busy one. Our neighbors are very friendly.

Walking the beach is just outside the door as well as going for a swim in the fresh water of Georgian Bay. You can hire a fishing charter or book a 30 000 Island cruise. If that's not your cup of tea maybe you want to go golfing or a hike in Awenda Provincial Park. It's all close by. You can take a drive to Wasaga Beach or see the Blue Mountains near Collingwood.

Place all garbage in the wooden box at the end of drive Sunday night. Recycling in blue box goes beside the wooden box at the road. before leCover BBQ after it is cooled off. Put a bucket outside with water to wash sand off feet before entering. Vaccum/Sweep the floor before leaving. Close all Curtains when leaving. Wash sheets and place back on beds when leaving. Make sure everything is turned off ie TV, lights and stove. Lock the doors.
