Our home is a beautiful, open concept four bedroom home that has been fully renovated. The main floor features a large kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Windows bring in the light and give you a picturesque view of a large private garden with raised garden beds, a pond, and room for children to play and adults to entertain. Inside features a relaxing family room off the kitchen and a large formal dining room. There are four bedrooms upstairs, three bathrooms, and a fully finished basement. Enjoy your meals in bright open spaces, a glass of wine on the backyard patio overlooking a pond, and finish the night over a game of pool in the rec room. We live in a quiet and safe neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa. We also have a cottage one hour from Ottawa which means you can come to Ottawa during the winter for a simultaneous exchange or summer for a non-simultaneous exchange. If you choose summer, you are welcome to join us at the cottage for a week of pure fun on the lake.
