Nalini and Bob are retired educators. Nalini was a special education teacher and Bob an elementary school Principal. After retirement we ran a successful cottage rental business in Kearney, Ontario which we have recently sold. Nalini is an accomplished artist and Bob a competent musician who enjoys playing in a variety of bands. We have two wonderful adult children who live on their own. We love travel and understand the importance of respecting others property and treating like our own.

Executive home on Lake of Bays about 15 minutes from Huntsville, Ontario. Big lake views from the living room and bedrooms. Full deck and dock for enjoying the waterside with deep water diving off the dock and shallow entry at the shoreline. Comes with the use of: two kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, and two sets of adult snowshoes. Wood burning fireplace upstairs and gas in the downstairs den. Well equipped kitchen and barbeque on the deck. The cottage is fully winterized with easy access and parking for 5 cars. Located in a beautiful part of Muskoka, minutes from a variety of attractions including: Algonquin Park, Huntsville, Deerhurst Resort, Dwight Beach, Arrowhead Nordic Centre, Hidden Valley Ski Resort and numerous golf courses.

Our neighbourhood is lakeside on Lake of Bays, the second largest of the big 4 Muskoka Lakes with 100's of miles of boating and adventure. The house is located on a large lot with excellent privacy. All season access by car is not a problem with the property being snow-cleared all winter. Located in Muskoka, Ontario which is considered one of the top 10 tourist destinations in the world, renowned for its natural beauty and outdoor pursuit possibilities.
