The residence, immersed in 140.000 sq. m of greenery, is situated on coast of Garda Lake, 6 km from the historic centre of Sirmione
The facilities include 2 swimming pools for adults and 2 for children (open from15 .05 to 30.09, reserved to residence hosts), synthetic tennis court, children’s playground, public beach, parking lot, reception office, restaurant and a supermarket. The residence is completely fenced and is a perfect place for children!
The apartment (approx. 40 sq.m) is on the ground floor of a three floors residence building, very near to the main entrance and swimming pool. It's composed by a sitting room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC.
One extra bed has been recently added, so we can easily accomodate up to 5 persons.
Outside there is a big (approx. 15 sq.m) private terrace furnished with table and chairs. The apartment give onto a big lawn were we normally put the table, deck-chairs, children games.. and spend the most part of our time!
