We are at 1h30 of south-east of Paris by TGV or by plane, 3 hours by car and at 1h30 of ouest coast. Our house is near Angers (20 km), near Loir river which is at 2 km. Our house is spacious and in a quiet environment. There are 4 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, a desk office, a wash office, a kitchen, a lounge with dining room and a large garage under the house. A terrace in front of a wood. We are at 1,5 km of a small village and another at 2 km with a river where the bathing is possible and fishing so. Walking is pleasant in the forest which is near of our house.
