Our small but nice apartment is in Berlin-Wilmersorf, near the Kudamm, the zoo and various cinemas and theaters. As always, Berlin is very green, the Tiergarten is only 3 km away. The apartment is on a side street and in the mornings and evenings the birds can be heard singing through the street canyons. The balcony faces south-west and is on the 6th floor above the surrounding roofs. The area is very good for cycling and walking tours. You can reach the west as well as the east city quickly. The subway station Güntzelstraße is almost directly in front of the door (3 minutes walk). Of course, shopping facilities are also nearby. The street in front of the apartment has no parking space management, so you can park for free. During the holidays there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door and you will always find one sooner or later. Sadly the facade of the house will be renovated in 2023, so the balcony side until summer and after that the kitchen and bedroom side of the house will unfortunately be blocked with scaffolding. But the apartment is like in the pictures.
