I am 51 years old and have this year become widowed in January. It has been a hard sad year to date, but we both loved to travel and I am sure my husband would not want me to stop. My daughter 25 lives in Europe with her fiancé, they both work in the yachting industry. My son 24 is a carpenter in civil construction here in Western Australia. He works away and is on a rotational job at the moment. I have a Beauty and Hair Salon in a small coastal country town 400kms North of Perth. I have a large home there along with the resort style apartment here in Perth.

Subiaco is a lovely suburb of Perth. Close by is Kings Park, City Beach’s beautiful ocean. The Wembley Golf Course. Only 14 minutes drive to Cottesloe Beach. The train station is 400 metres walk away. Along with the beautiful Rokeby road shopping precinct. With great cafes, bars and restaurants along with retail outlets.

Not far from the apartment is the train station. You can go to the city from here. Cottesloe, Fremantle and almost anywhere. The shopping strip of Subiaco has lovely boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants.

It’s a unique apartment living, in that everything here is like being in a resort, with infinity pool, spa, gym, sauna, stream room, barbecue areas. You have lovely walk areas out the front door. I would prefer non-smokers, but smoking is only permitted on the balcony and not in common areas.
Am open to children but not preferred as I worry being on the 4th floor of the balcony safety. The complex has only 70 apartments so everyone is very friendly, with professionals that are retired to people who are still working, so a nice cross section of people. There is only one pot plant that may need occasional watering.
