Situated on the meanwood/Headingley boarder the neighbourhoods is only 2 miles from the centre of leeds but retains a real sense of community. There are several bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, within 10 minutes walk you are in the centre of Headingley, an incredibly lively area of leeds popular with students, professionals and families alike which is also home to Headingley stadium.

Amazing location in so much that your only 2 miles from the centre of leeds but you could be in the middle of the countryside, the back garden is fabulously secluded and peaceful and is complete with a stream that runs down the side of the garden, home to kingfishers, otters and trout, city and rural living combined in one. Two minute walk is meanwood park, one of the best parks for miles around. five minutes walk and your in meanwood centre with 5 bars, 2 restaurants, a bakery and a a Waitrose supermarket. A further ten minutes takes you into Headingley with 20 or more plus bars and many restaurants.
