Due to a severe allergy to fragrance and man made chemicals - you will not find scented candles, plug in's, spray things like Febreze etc , perfume, not even hairspray in my home. Please keep my sanctuary fragrance free. Windows do not have screens, the air filtration system is special and brings in constant fresh air. (Please let me know if you have alot of fragrance in your home, as it would not be a suitable trade for me)

Please do not leave doors open or open windows, there are way to many critters out there. We have outdoor dining areas on three sides of house - even if windy, you can find a place to dine outdoors.

Plant care needed is minimal. Water a few indoor plants twice a month. The landscaping has automatic irrigation.

If you have children please be advised: One side of house has high drop-off and is not fenced, thus small children are not safe unsupervised in the yard, see list of wild animals in area. There are many types of cactus in the yard and surrounding grounds. Snakes are possible, not that we see them. Lizards are friendly, seen daily during summer.
