My home is a spacious, contemporary, comfortable place to relax after enjoying all San Diego has to offer. Inside, the house is a split level with the common living spaces upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. The house has hardwood floors throughout the upstairs, natural stone countertops and a large island in the kitchen. The blues and greens throughout the upstairs area creates a nice coastal feel. There is a spacious kitchen with four stools along one side of the counter, a dining table that generally has six seats but fits eight easily (we have extra chairs), a sitting area near the kitchen with windows on three sides, a family room area with a tv, and a living room with a couch, chairs, fireplace, and a piano. There is also one bedroom upstairs which has a full size murphy bed. There is one full bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The larger master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet and separate bathtub and shower. Another bedroom is used by our two boys and has twin bunk beds. The third bedroom is our guest room and has a king size bed.

Outside, it has flowering plants in the front and back yards, multiple outdoor seating areas offering both sun and shade, and you can watch hummingbirds during all seasons of the year.

We have two boys so there are plenty of toys and games available inside, as well as 2 adult and 3 children’s bikes available for use. We also have all the beach gear you will need - chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards, etc.
