The San Francisco Bay Area includes innumerable cultural and scenic points of interest for visitors, too many to even begin to list here.
In addition to San Francisco and the Bay Area on your doorstep you can choose day trips such as:
• beaches or rocky coastlines along the Pacific Ocean
• giant redwood trees in the forests of Santa Cruz County
• Sonoma and Napa wine regions to the north,
• Monterey, with its world renowned Aquarium, and Carmel to the south

• the Gold Country of the Sierra foothills
