3 level townhouse with 2br, 3bath, 3 balconies (one on every level) & office/workout room in a very popular Austin neighborhood (S Lamar). Walk 5 minutes to many restaurants and bars, or bike/scooter/Uber to downtown Austin or Zilker Park (10 minute scooter, 3 minute drive). Great location with access to many amenities while keeping a slightly suburban feel due to the townhouse being set back from the main road, directly next to a large park and a nice neighborhood.
Townhomes are part of a condo complex, so while our listing is standalone and located away from the complex, any visitors would have access to a full gym and pool through the apartment complex. We also have a treadmill and assortment of weight equipment in the lower level of our own townhome.

The neighborhood here is excellent - tons of nice walking loops, a huge park with a playground and basketball court in our backyard, a separate dog park if you want to bring your pet, and privacy/seclusion as the townhouse is set back from the main road (South Lamar). With our location, you can walk 5 minutes and be at numerous bars or restaurants - like the popular Matt's El Rancho - and there is even a great restaurant, El Naranjo, located within the complex itself.
